Jelly Bud

A few weeks ago we traveled to Fairfield, CA and had a factory tour day. It wasn't as exciting as it sounds because neither of the factories we went to were running. I have yet to visit a factory to see it in production.

Jelly Belly. Yes, there was a giant jelly belly sign in the shape of a bean.

Oh yes, and the Jelly Belly Bunny. Again, giant!

I guess Jelly Belly likes to make everything BIG even though their candies are so tiny.

We didn't get to take pictures of inside the factory but at the end they gave us packs of Jelly Bellies!

At the Budweiser Factory. The employees are playing ping pong.

Our pass only gave us access to the tour route. The tour btw, really sucked compared to the tour in St. Louis, MO.

So sad, nothing was running.

Empty.

Adrian was happy...

The Ducks

There is a duck couple that lives in my complex. This is the 3rd time I've run into them. They're so cute!

My Epic day

Our Epic TS took me on a tour of the Epic campus today. It's crazy how detailed everything is.  Every building has a theme.  She told me the contractors that built the buildings also built Disney World.  It was really like going to Disney.

So this is Grand Central Station which is underground and it connects to different buildings. So you can go from one building to the other without having to go outside!

On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays the Epic cafeteria serves gelato!

This is a hallway in the Jungle Themed building.

This is a hallway in the NYC themed building.

All the conference rooms have themes also.  This one is circus themed.  I also found out that the bigger conference rooms all have fireplaces.  The fireplace is that round tiger thing on the wall.  Crazy, huh?

I didn't get to take too many pictures since we were running short of time but the campus is incredible!  And I didn't even get to go to all the buildings.

Easter Cupcakes

Adrian and I made Easter Cupcakes today.  It was our first try, but I think it turned out well.  It was a hit at church!
